Had to fill out form for what equipment I was certified for. anyone else?

That's strange. Any training you have gotten on equipment, would be on your training meter on workbench. Baler, crown, cart pusher, & forklift, etc.

Oh wait, that means that someone would have to look it up.

Just did this last month. She was holding my backroom teaching plan in her hands when she asked...

At my store anyway, there is a sheet that the trainer and the trainee must initial on for the equipment to get certified with.
