so earlier in the week i took someones shift bc they asked and i didnt mind. the thing is that i dont remember the exact hours, i know it ends at 9:45 and it was either a four or four and a half our shift. but i check kronos and the myschedule website and neither of them show the shift. do they usually show up after theyre checked and approved? id really not like to have to call them because its a nightmare and was wondering if there was any other way to check. also plz dont respond with “ask your lod” because its not helpful to anyone.

Unfortunately, you will either need to call the store, or the person whose shift you took. Or, you can go in yourself to check. It probably hasn't been changed in the system yet, so isn't on Kronos/my schedule. Sorry, but at my store, you would ask for the LOD when you call. You could try HR though.
