Archived Target going downhill?

Uphill but slowly. Target had changed it business model from being a brick and motor store to being more of a online sales store. E&E and home were done not so much to increase store sales but to give guest the ability to see the product first hand and then make the purchase online.

They will continue to shuffle around selfish ignorant Americans with 4 year degrees into management positions simply because they can pay them less than someone who actually knows how to do their job. I can see them trimming the fat. For an average employee like me, I tend to play dumb and do my job well, even show ETLs basic crap.
