Archived target leave of abesence policy

so the receiver transfers to another store in may, but by the end of September she is coming back. i took over the receiving position when she left. but seem when she comeback she getting her spot back. i don't see how that is fair when she been gone 4 months and is transferring back. should i talk to someone about this.
 
Did you know it was a temp position?
If she was on a leave then I'm not sure about working at another store.
Was she going to college at the other place?
Guess we're going to need more info on this one.
 
at our store if you transfer (such as for school or something) and come back months later you get whatever spot is open.
 
Was it a maternity leave? If so, they are required to give her position back. Do you know what the situation was concerning her leave?
 
no not maternity leave. she transfer to a store in virgina to take care of her son kid for awhile.
 
If it was official Family Leave than they had to keep her job open and your time was only temporary.
 
even it the said there coming back end of august and extended it to end of September
