There's a bill in California that would limit the number of sco items.

Rhode Island is considering limiting them and the max allowed to 6

My walmart just remodeled along with their self-checkouts. Going from the small counter SCOs to large counter ones. But they still never have a manned checkout lane other than the tobbaco lane. Waiting for the day where they will automate it by scanning your license and punch the number pad on a vending machine.

comment not related to what I just posted. Stealing from SCO is simple. Perps will never get prosecuted, bad optics in high income areas. Lots of Range Rovers and Lexus' around my area. Quite wealthy here, they steal just as much as anyone else.

I like SCO and use it all the time. The TM attendants have been very helpful but they can't see everything.
