I like huddles, but hate smart huddles, because I feel like they're gonna ask me later why my work wasn't done when I spent a quarter of my shift zoning someone else's dept. And because the softlines smart huddle days don't get as much attention. Good huddles give you all the information quick and then you're back to work.

I love having huddles when I'm LOD. Love getting to know the TMs and most of the time, I can tell if they're interested or not. I'll cut it real short if it's busy or TMs just don't feel like having one that day.

Huddles are pretty rare at my store, it seems like only flow team does them often and even then it's for actual important changes.

My old store used huddles to let the team know what tasks needed to be completed for the day, and the work would be split up among the team. Now I'm backroom so I miss out on any huddles
