Does anyone know who to contact to have city taxes taken out of my check. For the first four years it was taken out and then it stopped for the 2013 tax year. I asked HR but she didn't know.

There is probably a form akin to the federal W-4 that you need to fill out (for some reason Spot made me re-submit my W-4 in order to keep getting my 1 allowance) Check paperlessemployee.com/Target .

Maybe you didn't make enough to have them taken out. Your state or city may have changed minimum yo be taken out also
Make sure you have picked the right deduction amount on your w-9

You can check with your state to see if calculations have changed in the past year.

Depending how much I make per paycheck will determine if state tax is taken out on my check or not
