Archived team member login on mytime and ehr

I keep getting this message to login to sso or ehr but at work i can log in on the my device.
Your login attempt has failed.
You have entered either an invalid team member number/LAN ID or password.
Remember, your password is case sensitive so be sure that Caps Lock is off.
Please click the "back" button and try again.


what should I do about this message. I am going to talk to my hr to help me out whenI go to work.
 
It sounds like you’re not entering your information wrong, so call CSC (701) and explain your issue. I got locked out of looking at my schedule from home somehow and they were able to fix it.
 
If you're having trouble from home, try using a different browser. Chrome is finally working for me, but for a long time I had to use IE or Microsoft.
 
It has not worked for me in over a year. Every web browser has failed and it always tells me I am locked out even though it happily works at my Target.
 
Also try clearing cookies & cache, or try incognito mode. Sometimes that will help.
