I have 43 hrs this week the schedule says I have 2 days off with the hrs being at 43 hrs total for the week. What should I do...do I tell hr to cut the hrs under 40?

It’s weird my time card shows today’s hours at 7.45 hrs even though it says an 8 hr shift for today on the sceudale that’s posted in the hr area and on target sso it says 41hrs this week

Be sure to double-check lunch breaks. I had a few instances (granted they were 8 years ago so the schedule system may be different) where my schedule showed 40+ hours because it didn't account for unpaid lunches.
