Have any of you used this tool? I printed out the one that is the circular with the DPCIs. I'm hoping to use it to walk the ad in softlines and to answer guest questions at the front lane when I'm GSA.

We print out the list one with the DPCI and page number from the ad every week and keep it in a binder at guest service with the current ad. It helps when guests come up and ask for something in the ad. We use it to find the DPCI and look the item up for the guest. It also gives the salesfloor location in case we don't have a mydevice.

The ad guide was taken off workbench. Now, I am stuck with pictures & dpcis
There not many set locations in soft lines. I carry a copy of the ad & find the brand the guest looking for.

Yeah, it was just a grid without pictures. I haven't printed it myself in like 2 weeks but I thought the GSAs were printing it out last week.
