Archived Time Clock

On our time clock, there is a number to the right that changes every time I punch in/out. I thought it had to do with hours for the week but I'm not sure. Sometimes it says 0.00 and or 6.3 or last night, 29.6. But I worked more than 29.6 hours last week so I'm unclear as to what that number means, if anything. Anyone know?

It is your hours worked for the week, but it doesn't count your current shift.

It doesn't reflect your current shift, and if you're clocking in early in the day it may not reflect your previous shift either.

Overall, it's hardly ever accurate. You can see a more accurate timecard on eHR or MyDevices.

Don't go by what that says. Mine will say 16.5 (or some random number) even though I've worked more than that in the week.

Oh, I didn't know about that. I haven't had a missing punch issue yet. I just know about the beeping because of other team members.

The beeping is if you try to clock in too early either from a meal or for your shift's start.

I had no idea this was even a thing. I never even paid attention and now I wish I still worked there just so I could purposely miss a punch and be fascinated that I never knew this.
