Can a request to transfer to another store be denied if your not on Final Warning or anything like that? Can it even be denied? Curious.

Pretty sure if you can't get a transfer from say, front end to sales floor if you are on CA/final warning..

If it's that way one would assume you would be denied a transfer to another store.

STLs and ETL-HRs have to approve a transfer. They can simply say they cannot afford to let you transfer and replace you. But generally the only reason they won't allow a transfer is a current corrective action is on file.

Just keep reminding them requesting a transfer.
