I'm Lost! Trouble with KronosMobile

So I come back from a LOA on Sunday and am trying to get into KronosMobile for the first time in about 3 months. I got the server correct and signed in using my team member number and password however the attached picture is what greeted me after my answering the security question.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution to this problem. If so that would be greatly appreciated. I've already emailed my HR TL about it but didn't want to wait for a response right away.

I've heard that this happens after people have had to take an LOA. Almost like your TM # has been "suspended" until you get back.

That's what pops up when you need to change your password every few months so it looks like you wont be using that until you are able to change it.

You have no access to any Target systems while on LOA this is by design.
