I haven't had to go through an interview process in almost 9 years. Something happens when I go into an interview, I turn into a fumbling idiot! My nerves have always gotten the best of me.
Today I had a phone interview and go invited for an onsite interview on Saturday. Here's hoping I can make it through with embarrassing myself!
I desperately need to get out of retail. I can't stand how loyalty means nothing and they are pushing all the good ones out to be able to hire new people and pay less.
I can't survive on the 20 hrs/week I've been getting when I've gotten full time hours and benefits for the past 9 years.
