Archived turnover metric?

Sounds more like something the HR STL would have to worry about.

It part of the hiring quota vs turnover. Hr is judged on it.

Especially in urban areas where there are a lot of stores, turnover should be about the same throughout the stores. If there is a store whose turnover is statistically much higher than other stores, that store needs to look at how it hires, trains, and retains team members. If there is a store whose turnover is statistically much lower, that store needs to be looked at to see how those practices might be used at other stores...especially those who are red in this metric.

If an entire area of stores is red, the district needs to look to an overall problem.
