I accepted a job elsewhere. Same rate of pay, but its effectively doubling my paycheck by virtue of the fact that I'll be getting full time hours and benefits.

I'll pop in here from time to time because I like you guys.

I could go on a rant as to why, but you all know

This is also a very good lesson as to why you NEVER broadcast it to everyone. you keep your mouth shut until you know you have the job and orientation date set.
