I heard that an AP at our store got recently promoted. However he negotiated his starting wage. I thought all positions had set hourly wages (except leaders) - is it true that wages are negotiable?

Well Ive always understood APS being almost like an APTL position. (on the grid/mytime they are combined on the schedule).

Wages are negotiable if you are good at interviewing and your position is valuable.
