Is one the person in yellow at the door, and the other the one who walks around the store all day creeping on people from behind an endcap? Who answers when I call for "hardlines four"?

Our TSS doesn't have keys to anything in the store (team lockers, compactor, etc.) because they aren't a TL supposedly.

I always thought that was odd.

TSS is considered a lower role and they are limited in scope. They lack a lot of the training and permissions granted to APS/STSS (the DC equivalent of APS).
Their role is deterent only.

I thought they were in charge in checking the tills because I saw one TPS/TSS person opening and closing the drawers. He was fired for stealing the money.
