To push it , will be in the front of the wace

Push red button in & turn on the base. Also, check the red stop button on platform causes the wave to stop working too.

This. TMs using equipment with out decent training or certification has become an issue at my store since the whole modernization hoopla.

The only problem here is that I've been trying to get wave trained for years. Multiple PMTs later, still not trained.

As far as I know, I don't think I have access to workbench, and our PMT does the Wave/Crown training.

Ask your tl. Everyone has access to workbench. Search under wave.

My PMT - 5 years ago disabled the feature to flip the handle 5 times.

ours doesnt do that either we gotta just work it in a slower manner instead to get it to roll

our SFS TL (who has since left Target) was a god on the Wave

was kinda hoping he'd be able to train me before he left

being a god on the wave is not that hard...honestly not even bragging it's such a simple piece of equipment...now the stacker takes getting used to with the 4 points of contact and such....the automatic pallet jack is also easy and actually kinda fun to use but unnecessary most of the time.

And remember, if you run into something and dent it, be sure to try to run into it the other way to un-dent it.
