Archived Vacation Limit and Help?

I'm still on probation, but this is a really important thing.

Every year, I go visit my fiancee over seas for a month. It's the only time I get to see them until they move here.

What's the limit on unpaid vacation time, and how should I go about requesting it when I'm able to?

Note: I put it in on my availability in my application that I was planning on taking 3-4 weeks of in the summer. And nothing was said about it not being allowed. But I thought I'd check in here.

It's usually July into August.

For next year? If you want more than two weeks unpaid vacation, you will need get LOA fill out and your ETL approve for it. As of this moment I know of it is you can't request time off in advance more than 4 months.

I remember seeing an approval needed in MyTime for anything over ten days.
