Anyone knows how many weeks can you ask off without pay?
I can not take a LOA ,it is not a medical emergency...

You can get around the two week limit (which is built into the software) by breaking up the time off into several requests. If you need three weeks put in a request for two, then do a separate one for the third week.

To get this actually approved though you would need the cooperation of your TL and/or ETL. Depends on store culture and its needs.

Talk to your HR about a LOA. Medical is not the only LOA option. You can ask for personal leave.
