walkie earpiece

so my walkie earpiece at work is now sounding all muffled like its blocked by something how can you clean these properly? or any tricks to get it to work again?

Bad wires maybe. Wipes might clean it too.

the rest of it works its just when i plug the part in the pic in that doesnt work i can see some wax in the tiny hole that is inserted in the earpiece

Toothpick or paper clip might work.

A paperclip can remove wax build-up; a couple bursts from a can of keyboard cleaner can blow out the rest.
