I can honestly see Target doing something similar.

They should do it based on attendance, but they won't. They don't even do reviews based on attendance. Was late one day, by 30 minutes, and that was my "opportunity". Hadn't called in, in 3 years, and probably put in at least 200 since then in "Call-Ins"

I will say they gave me a $20 gift card to Dunkin Donuts though for my efforts.

They do give gift cards for every 5 years of service

I got that, (a Target Card) so I guess the Dunkin card was extra.

I show up everyday with an XL coffee, even the one day I was late all year, but was at the door literally at the exact minute I said I would be there after confusing "Christmas Eve, Midnight" as actually, you can clock in 5 minutes BEFORE Christmas Eve (Oh the night before).

Speak to your HR because it’s corporate who sends the packet with the gift card. HR is responsible for giving the packet to you. So it’s not that your store didn’t do anything, they either didn’t receive or lost your packet.
