Archived What can I expect to be doing tonight?

Hey all, first time poster. I've been working flow team since early September, and I'm scheduled for Hardlines-Sales Floor tonight 5:45-9:45. What can I expect to be doing in that time, just shepherding people around or helping with questions? No backroom training and very, very minimal cashier training so I think I'm safe with that part <_<

Ya you will prob be just next to a few pallets of product helping guests as best you can

It wasn't so bad, food court wise. I was a Mcdonalds manager for 6 years, so this was NBD. Glad I wasn't a cashier, though!!!
