Absolutely agreed, I just couldn't go through a whole shift just ringing people up, hundreds of transactions etc. It always just dragged on for me
 
They matter as far as sales and it's still a metric, but it's not a part of the AE score. And for a lot of stores, if something is not part of AE scores then no leadership gives a fuck.
 
What I like about the front end is the getting to know the guests it's harder to that at electronics, and the whole zoning and reshop gets stressful.
