Super helpful. You can go to device status, find the device with issue, and swipe right* to create a ticket for it (*like how you delete an email on your phone).
rhen go to status board to see the status of that, other store issues, and global issues.
It is the same as mySupport on WorkBench, but with a slightly narrower scope. Follow the prompts to report your issue. If you cannot find it, it may be something that can only be reported thru mySupport.
