I bought 2 pairs of pants for my daughter for school ,and after washing them once, they shrunk at least one size!
Can I return them and get money back or exchange ,or am I stuck with those?

I know the policy ,unused ,but I didn't know they would shrink that much !

Per targets policy they are to be returned new and unused unless there was a defect on the product. Just explain to them the situation, generally most of the guest service team members and gsa/gstl will allow the return if it's obvious that you're not trying to just 'rent' clothes.

I was able to return and get my money back ,especially since the guest service tm has a child who wears the same size than my daughter and she knew that teh pants definitely shrunk !

The only thing I ever wash in hot water are socks and undies ....
I washed my khakis with hers ,and mine did not shrink at all !

Guests would return them in a hot minute, no reason you shouldn't.
