Archived When do I get a schedule?

After orientation on a Friday I was asked to do an 8 hour shift Saturday by one of the managers although I went in again the next day to see if I would get a schedule and my etl wasn't there but someone left them a note. Been 3 days since I worked that shift and went in to check schedule and I'm not there how long before I go check again or wait for them to call me? Or have I screwed up already lol

You need to contact hr without delay. You should been given a training schedule(handwritten), after orientation. You can ask your trainer too.
You might of missed 3 days of work.

What hardlinesmaster said! Sometimes it's not uncommon though to have orientation, one shift and then no shift at all for a week when you start.

Very little hours after orientation is common. The problem with getting hours after orientation is that payroll has already been allotted for the next 2 weeks. So squeezing you in an already written schedule is difficult, especially with it being a new month! HR should have banked training hours for you when they were writing the schedule but probably didn't. That aside - you really should have been given a hand written training schedule for the following 2 weeks. If you did not receive one - then your hands are clean because your shifts were not communicated to you. The 2 week schedule should be posted by noon tomorrow so be sure to talk to HR first thing tomorrow morning to make sure you are on that schedule.
