Benefits Why can’t I see my employee discount applied to order?

I am looking to by a piano keyboard that costs $650. When I add it to my cart the red card discount applied but my team member discount doesn’t show up. I have my team number automatically applied any other time I buy something. Does anyone know what it isn’t applying? I thought you got the 10% discount off anything.

It can happen sometimes. Happens to me a lot too. Try re-entering it as a promo code or something. If that doesn't work, try it on Target.com, and it should work 100%.

(Note: You may need to add 2 or 4 zeros before it when entering it as a promo code, like 00XXXXXXXX or 0000XXXXXXXX.)
