So can anyone explain how hours are allocated for each store? Our hours suck and people can't live off 5 and 10 hours a week.

Depends on sales, your location, any number of factors. And generally it really just depends on what department you’re in. Cashiers generally get less than GM. OH, and availability.

february and september are the slowest months for payroll. i can explain a little bit more in detail if you tell me what workcenter you're in if you'd like

My store has the hours, but they still schedule 95% of people the bare minimum and then every day on walkie they will be like "if anyone wants more hours, find me. We have them"

Come join Fulfillment we got hours for days since always be above the expectations in terms of orders and sales. Our actual and earned hours don't match at all.

I'm in Fulfillment and only getting 15 hours a week. Was told it prob won't change until November.
