So I just started as a GSA, right, and I was told it was keyed in and when I got my check the other day, I saw it was split between (hypothetical numbers) $20.15 and $20.65 for my hourlies, which I figured was because it got keyed in halfway through the pay period. But now I wonder if it's actually because the different paygrades means I can't expect a set $20.65/hr unless I'm always scheduled as GSA. Like, I have some Food Ave shifts coming up.... will those be scored at a $20.15/hr rate because they're in a lower paygrade, or do I always get the rate for my highest paygrade, even if I'm assigned to cashier or CA or anything but GSA?
