Same thing this year but $250 for 2 team members and $250 for 2 charities

Not sure everywhere but my HRBP picked 2 random TMs from every store so there was no bias

For my store it was a guest service tm and a beauty tm. Felt pretty random. I like that it was done above store level for fairness tbh.

The two prizes should be awarded based on classification. One prize chosen randomly going to a seasonal TM, and one prize chosen randomly going to a non-seasonal TM. Not a way to make your non-seasonal TMs valued when both awards go to seasonal TMs.

Drawing should be in January. The good seasonals would be permanent, the bad ones gone. Hours start going down, so people could use the $.

Leadership is wrong, it is not based on attendance and guest comments. The only rule regarding attendance is that you cannot have a NCNS on your record during the time period.

You just have to be employed, work a minimum of 4 hours, and be “in good standing” which I’m assuming means nothing entered in Workday. Both of our winners deserved it. I would’ve too but oh well 😂

The two winners at my store were announced last week - an inbound TM who sometimes comes across a little ditzy but actually does a really good job and a seasonal cashier who I hope is asked to stay on. I've been through her lane twice and she's efficient and personable.

Agreed. And this is how it worked out at my store.
Last year, it seemed like this and the smaller attendance rewards went only to seasonal TMs. I know it's random, but there were some hard feelings among the permanent TMs. This year was the opposite for the smaller rewards ($50 gift cards).
