Working past schedule.

So I stayed an hour late tonight in part to make up for mistakenly coming in an hour late for my previous shift. Everything went fine until a guest needed a receipt reprinted at SCO. I tried to reprint said receipt, but got an error saying "Failed to print; Unauthorized". Is it because I stayed past schedule? I only ask because I've never had it happen before. I was still able to login to the devices and everything else, was just curious.

I've never heard of this happening, but our registers are acting weird lately.

We have been seeing this issue at our store, too, but the TM was well within their schedule. If anyone knows why this happens, I'd love to hear know, too!

Was able to print just fine today. Weird. Must be a glitch. If anyone else encounters this and knows what's going on, feel free to jump in!

Probably not, our IT department is crap right now. A lot of our Pricing Salvage and Defectives are not actually getting processed, The RevLog options keep disappearing from the Zebra in either location, reports needed to complete tasks are getting blocked randomly (and some are down until July), among a dozen other things I'n hearing from other TMs... yeah it's not you
