I know you have the option to pick up a sheet from HR that allows you to write a letter to corporate. Has anyone done this and did it help or is it basically like calling the hotline? Also wondering if there could be possible retaliation.
Literally every action has a potential to backfire. that's not saying it will, but no one can ever guarantee that you doing something will not lead to some form of retaliation.
