Archived Zero Training?

Worked my first shift today. I'm on Flow/Incoming. Is zero training normal? No intro to using device, what repack or push means. Luckily I've worked retail before, but others hadn't. Feeling like the expectation is fairly high is absolutely no training is provided. Is this just how it is?

Then talk to your Inbound TL or the HR ETL. They are doing you a disservice by not giving you at least "some" training. OR be observant and ask questions to your fellow TM's. Don't wait for someone, go and ask someone to teach you.

Welcome to End to End/Modernization at Target! You train as you go. You only get one or two days "training" and then you are on your own.
