I recently got promoted to PMT at my store. If you have any advice, tips and tricks or things you wish people would have told you when you started, please let me know below.

SAP has issues, I liked TIPP much better. But I guess I'm lucky, I usually receive about 90% of the stuff I order.

7-11 paper should 2 to 3 weeks. 3x3 sale takes about 2 weeks, you should receive a email from UPS when your order ships so you can track it.

There are 2 different items on SAP, S0015 are yellow & S0016 are white. Both look exactly the same, just different colors. We've been using the yellow ones at our store, and haven't had any problems with the DC.

Working 4pm - 2am on thanksgiving, but as soon as I clock out I'll be done for the week.

6pm for us as well.

ETLs and TLs just called to our conference room, just a matter of minutes now.

IMHO I think that we'll open at 6pm again this year.

I had a team member ask me this same question last week. I told him " it shows that I've been workin".

Our store has had so many code yellows this year, that we're thinking about setting up a child care drop off next to the fitting room.
