We only had 10 batches total drop for a goal time around 12 min. We had all coolers drop and some commodities (CHEM, PAPR) and a SNCK batch. Was expecting worse, but we did some research and EXF batches beforehand.

If you're an early morning TM, do you like to call in the night before and have them leave a note for the morning LOD the next day, or do you call the morning of the shift (before 6 AM). Both assuming you know you're going to miss that day.

I'm only going to be out a week, does that still qualify? I'll have missed 7 days of work but it seems weird to be put on disability if I'm already back. Can dates be backtracked?

Yeah I'll call them and try to give an "earliest" date. I'm in a wait and see situation but it doesn't seem like it will take a week or more unless I'm on restrictions.

I currently had a medical emergency that requires me to stay in the hospital for an unknown time frame. When I call the store do I just say I will let them know when I'll be back? Will I require a doctors note to prove my stay? Just seems weird to call and say I don't know when I'll be back.

I know you have the option to pick up a sheet from HR that allows you to write a letter to corporate. Has anyone done this and did it help or is it basically like calling the hotline? Also wondering if there could be possible retaliation.

I don't think higher management wants me out, I just get that feeling but I could be wrong. I think I know what I need to do and hopefully they don't nitpick at things and I can lay low.

Our store has "Great Team Hero of the Month" where all the TL and ETL get together and pick someone to be it. They get their name engraved on a plaque that is by the break room.

I've been told that some coachings are just documented not being CA though

If a team lead says you're being written up does that mean a CA or is just a documented coaching? Also has anyone (or would you) refused to sign a CA? Can you actually refuse and what are the repercussions of that?
