Archived Shift covered, edit was not made, am I accountable?

So this has happened a few times in the last few weeks, I am having shifts covered, however the edits for them were not being made when we notify a LOD ahead of time. Could I still be held accountable for whatever reason seeing how that edit was never made but the shift was covered?

    Archived Pulling up Sales Report

So for the last few weeks we haven't been able to pull up sales report how we used to. Before we were able to pull up sales report through work bench, and through our quick links on workbench, however now it tells us we have to pull it upon myPerformance. Has anyone been able to pull up sales...

    Archived what are attachments?

Now I am having issues keeping AAR green. What are ways to be sure that an item is an attachment for a primary item? Using iPads and tablets, it doesn't seem that Apple Gift cards (dept 256) are attachments for iPads (dept 057), or a Samsung tablet with Google Play cards. Now I say this...

    Archived BS SRPs?

So we have a lot of SRPs hanging out in our lockup, how can we backstock theses or are we really stuck with flexing them wherever we can? There are three UPC's with different DCPI's, best answers I've received is to flex them or leave them in a dark corner

Archived Old media in lockup, what to do.

I've recently taken up the task of working discontinued out of the electronics lock-up in the backroom. Archived I'm in the backroom but was now given Instocks as well. How do you run it?

In an ideal world backroom would usually pull Instock batches for instocks to push; in reality we do reshop, zone, scan, fast service, flexible fulfillment, pull, and push. But another thing to note, don't let your scans go to waste and forget about drastic count, my ETL-AP had to explain to...

    Archived better processes for Hardlines

I'm from a B store, on the weekdays it seems that hardlines has 28 hours a day. Five of those hours are pushing cafs in the middle of the day, eight hours starting in the morning 4x4ing an area, PTMing or pulling dcode, the remaining fifthteen hours go towards recovering the last few hours the...

    Archived Mobile and Covering Electronics

I could only imagine that it varies by store. Our Mobile Team have alpha keys and six pin keys for items locked up in display boxes and the E&E lockup. Mobile has their own objectives and goals, if they become distracted by tasks an Electronics TM is supposed to fulfill, they may miss the...

Archived Promotion plus yearly review raise, still same pay grade as before promotion?

I was hired hard lines at N03. A little over a month ago it changed to N07 and discovered this during my review recently. I asked HR, I was told it may be because I work and scheduled electronics frequently. I was given my raise on top of N07, which is nice I guess even though it's prorated.

Archived Would you go in if you were scheduled for a 3 hour shift?

I came in for a 2 hour shift on a Wednesday because apparently the LOD wanted whatever help he could get With the zone. Would've stayed longer but he knew I'd go over 40 for the week. It was a fun shift. Let's note that my commute isn't so bad
