Yep and this is a problem with Target. You should be able to bond with your team..... it's absolutely ridiculous. This was one of the rules I strongly disliked as a Team Leader. However, you bet a** we had team building events and had FANTASTIC morale. Loved my team, and miss them.
Decided to put in 2 weeks as Team Leader to pursue my passion. Couldn't be happier! Definitely feel like a lot of stress was lifted off my shoulders. The team here in Ohio have been amazing, but it's time to go!

At this point, I think OP is screwing with us. I mean seriously kid. Get it together, put in ur f-ing 2 weeks. Be considerate - this is why I hate hiring minors.
We've been doing this for a few months now, we just have a 3-tier behind guest services and when it fills up, we call the Hardlines team member. No more carts for us behind guest services.
It's sad that it has come to this, but it's true. If we aren't making goals, we get pressure from the ETL's and they want to see documentation to show that we're "doing" something about it. It's the truth. Then again, if you're a cashier that blatantly don't ask every guest, you're going to get...
