I was hired last holiday season. My ETL and TL both knew that I was in the middle of getting my masters degree in Math, and they gave me a few options on after the holiday season (transfer to a store closer to where I go to school, Ed LOA, or quit but marked rehireable). I chose the LOA option...

I honestly don't... I've taught several grade levels (9-13 year olds and 9-11 grade) and was not a huge fan of the kids I was teaching. During my undergrad and my grad careers, I TA'ed different classes at the two universities I was attending and genuinely enjoying teaching that age group. So...
