My store just recently started getting hours for signing, it's made life a lot easier.

Yes! And they sent us 4 foot parts. I mysupported it and they said my PMT should have received the correct parts. Dick's. No they didn't. We just built it with four feet and said fuck it. :)

My ETLS told me that you need a degree, which is a lie. I know. They don't know I know, but j know. I've had other ETLS tell me they were in school when they got promoted to ETL. I was preparing to be an ETL when I had one year left, but I got pregnant and took time off so that pushed my degree...

This. Sometimes I go into a meeting thinking "why the fuck are you so stupid?", other times I'm in between a "I'm going to hate this conversation more than you" and a "I'm really sorry..." It sucks.

Im curious about this. I hope it works. Probably won't. However we always set too early for baker paper anyways... So... Yeah that'll likely never happen.

If you correctly PDD someone, then you're showing them the correct way to do it, or giving them pointers. If not, you're doing it wrong.

We had out TL Remodel go overnight with a couple people. Presentation came in at 4. Had pushers come in at 8, staggered. Our construction crew slacked so it out us behind.

We are an A volume store with self checkouts. They do it in 2 hours. I don't know how it works because I've never actually done it.

What is your volume? Like A++?

We schedule cash office 7-9 then cashier 9-2 or whatever. It's been like that for the past 3 years, that I know of.
