Those aren't tricks... Coming from a srtl perspective we get in trouble for going over on hours... It's called running a business in a bad market. Doesn't matter how much money we make, we are still a big box retail store in an otherwise digital market.
At my store, the tl's have their own, the etls have theirs. The stl doesn't go to the ones where there will be drinking involved, due to that being weird. But they usually just go out to dinner
We used to have an etl that used to play basketball with TMs. He wasnt a good etl though, he tried to befriend everyone and hope that made it so he could stay. Didn't work. Other than that I don't think any of the leadership at my store hangs out with any of the tms. That I know of. I am friends...
Also my store has had the same etls for the past year and a half with the only ones leaving are extras... It's getting kind of boring honestly and I wish some of them would leave
What's this I hear about seniors getting overtime? This is my first year being a tl during the holidays, let alone being a senior... Is this a common thing?
Our store is org chart 4 and we are the only one our size in our district still doing modernization. We brought back the pog team and pricing. We are bringing back instocks and we have some backroom people just for the extra help. But we have had such great sales comps that we aren't going back...
