You must work at my store!

At our store, we are told to do nothing, not even check to see if they are fake! Now we have new rules for coupons as well, they said to take them if they are FAKE!!!! Said just "vibe"

Wonder what incentive s will help motivate the machinery to get some red cards?????? (Smile)

Are TM's allowed to give guests coupons that other guests do not want? Is it against company policy?

What if a TM has a Medical issue?

Is there any benefits for the store to inform guest about cartwheel? ( ie like redcards?) Do they keep track of that?

I was shocked, sad really...How could they have missed this???? I came across the article by way of a friend who asked me what Target had to say about it, but I didn't even know! Not fun though, gives guest more reasons to yell at Front End...

I find this hard to believe, my average day is between 6-8 red-cards until last week... now I am lucky if I get one! people are very upset, most of my customer use cash now, and its 7-8 hours of me hearing " is it ok to use my card" or people just venting at me over the whole issue!

I had to put the first on off, they understood, I was honest and told them before they offered me the job I had another job too, was no problem with the HR, Said they would call back when next one was scheduled, they did, it was the next week. ( small note, I called in two days to check with HR...
