I'm gonna take this slow unload idea to the ETL. This might work! I feel we do waste to much time on the line. There are times our line stops to pull PIPOs, and half the team sets on the line!
Has anyone figured this out yet? We are still struggling after nearly a year of 7:30 unloads! The new h&b repack system helps, but we still have a hard time making RWT's. My ETL says I'm not pushing the team hard enough. I just can't figure out how to meet goal times,when we have a 1567...
In my store we were all told that in order to step down we had to have a medical reason....anyone know what qualifies as a medical reason for a flow team lead to step down? Does stressed out count!?

Need in written the number of each es that aTM is expected to do each day. Ex says it's 1200 we are not doing that even when we mis breaks. Please help. I was told in training to expect closer to 800_900 a TM this could make the difference between a coaching or an apology for mis scheduling...
