We did have a system issues in which our Autos went from 20 hours to 4 hours and our 11am/12pm CAFs went from 1-2 hours to 8-10 hours per hour. After a million e-mails and a handful of mysupports they reset the system which fixed the issue.

I've seen 1 TL to ETL without a degree. Personally, I think this unwritten policy is extremely disappointing. Target wants leaders. They want people that demonstrate leadership skills at higher levels. If a TL demonstrates this quality, they should be promoted.

I could be wrong, but are you talking about double locations? Item Search (under help guest) has double locations listed, you just have to click on the Sales Floor Location (i believe). NOP you just hit (D) down. But, to everyone's point. NOP is GOD. Use it.

There were instructions for the SFT, Plano Team Leader, and ETL-AP(if you have one) on how to program the new displays. I would start with these people as they had specific direction to program them.
