I took a LOA because I was totally burned out and just needed some time off. I never came back because I started a direct sales business that was netting me more money in one night than a whole 2 weeks working at Spot.
Agreed. What I used to do is use my own phone and scan the item's barcode in whatever store's app the person said the lower price was. I had those apps on my phone for my personal use and it made my life 1000% easier when price matching instead of using the iPad. The price match app on there sucked!
Eight MONTHS ago?? Come on. Don't become one of those people you despise. I could see if you said eight weeks. I'd just throw it up on a yard sale site or something like that.
I don't think you can do same-day receipt returns from other stores anymore. Last time I worked GS, someone tried it and the POS told me that they'd have to do the return at the original store.
I had one GSA and one GSTL who were both like this. One night I went OFF on my GSTL because of something he did. He pulled me into the office and I told him exactly what was on my mind. After that conversation, he actually became more conscious of the things I pointed out to him. As for the GSA...
There have been times where I couldn't take my second 15 (as the SD), so I would do a punch correction to add my last 15. I always explained why and HR always approved it.
Since March 2015, I've saved $779.05. I'm very much like Budweisered4. I usually shop according to what's on Cartwheel. Even better if the product is on sale that week.
