When ur a DBO in a department and go on a LOA when u come back do u get ur spot back or no ?

Really I hear people say there isn't no one for 2nd shift to help do like toy returns and zones that's why I figured there is a 2nd shift...what time is closers ??

What are the later shifts ? Like what do they do and what are the times?? I'm doing the early morning shifts 3 or 4 in the morning I'm just wondering what is the later shifts and what they do since I know the early morning people stock all morning long

Well they talk to me they said a lot of people are calling out now and they have to look into every call out now and document and then keep a eye out and see if it's a pattern and go from there but I told them it's cuz my son had a fever and throwing up and so was I so I didn't want to chance it...
