I got an offer for a large retailer that is opening down the street from my store. It'll be the first location in my market, and they were wanting to pay a bit more, but I feel really comfortable at Target and don't want to lose that for a few bucks. But I get it, man. Congrats!

This is better than the huge things with the phones that my store has.

I'm a part timer, so I always wear jeans and rotate 2 shirts. One from bullseyeshop.com that just says says "Target" a bunch down the front, and one from Redbubble that has a pic of a walkie with "Hey LOD..." next to it.

My store has 3 tiers and u-boats. Tons more u-boats than 3 tiers, and I hate using u-boats. The new ship carts are strictly for SFS, and I've never even touched one. I've heard the legend of the tubs, but alas, my store ridded itself of them prior to my arrival.

There are a ton of things that frustrate me about my store. Most are just inherent with retail and not store specific. But more than anything else, floor counts being off really annoy me. I hate getting an OOS pull for wicker baskets, finding 5 on the floor at the location, but the zebra showing...
