Yes, I never got so many coachings, CCA and Final before modernization at my store.

I was just being told by another TM that the accrual change , and now VAC and PH accumulate slower.

After so many coachings and PDDs , and one CCA plus the fact that I feel like they’re treating me like trash , and also with hours cut. I’m reducing even more my availability M-F for sure at some point will quit. I don’t like this place anymore. I’m getting more hours at my vendor merchandiser job.

In my store they’re also very unfair with the coachings. So ridiculous that they could coach you for not greeting, neglecting a guest that is barely coming from Best Buy which is few stores next to Target. 🙄😒
