Archived Is it true that Vacation Accrual change?

I was just being told by another TM that the accrual change , and now VAC and PH accumulate slower.

It can’t accumulate slower. Average hours times 2 or 3 based off how long you’ve worked there, divided by 26 paychecks.

It will accumulate slower when your average hours drop tho.
